Part one of a documentary film produced by Nebraska Educational Television Network depicting the process of erecting sculptures at rest stops for the Nebraska Interstate-80 Bicentennial Sculpture Project. It focuses on public controversy and hearings surrounding the project, as well as construction of the sculpture "Erma's Desire" by the artist John Raimondi collaborating with high school students.
