A group of men, wearing hats and overcoats, stand together outside a wooden school building. Snow covers the ground and icicles hang off the roof of the building. Trees and parked automobiles can be seen in the backgound.Note on the reverse: Group of survivors of the Blizzard of 1888 gathered at the Miller School on January 12, 1940, where they related their recollections of that eventful day. The Miller School is now called Prairie Flower and is located 15 miles southeast of Lincoln.Names of those in the group are: Otto W. Meier, J.F. Sullivan, J.L. Sullivan, Robert Strelow, J.E. Sullivan, M.P. Sullivan, Eugene Sullivan, Charles F. Miller, Ben Miller, Henry A. Meier.
